EXCITING THINGS ARE HAPPENING! GOD IS ALWAYS BLESSING OUR COMMUNITY 2022 Fremont Fair results: Fremont Baptist Church has an Orange Booth at the Fair each year. With Fremont Baptist Church blazoned across the top, You can't miss us! We give away free Mukilteo Coffee and Lemonade to fair goers, donations are given by attendees and we also charge for spaces in our parking lot during the two days of the fair. We were able to bless Family Works Food Bank this year with $1884.00. Thank you to all our workers who dedicated time and energy to make this a success again! Family Works started out in our basement as Fremont Food Bank, with many of our members helping out with it each week. Pastor Jeff's Bible Study resumed in the Lounge on Sept 8, 2022. Thursday Morning at 10:30am. Won't you join us for Bible study with Pastor? Evening Bible Study began on April 7, 2022 at 7
PM in the Lounge. It has been wonderfully successful and apparently
needed. The turnout has been great. Everyone is enjoying the class. The
Evening Bible Study is led by Robert. ONGOING MASONRY APPEAL!! We are in the midst of an "Appeal" to raise funds to repair our building's brick that dates back to when the building was built 98 years ago, in 1924. Yes, the brick is close to 100 years old. We are asking for donations to fix the brick. We house Woodland Park Cooperative Preschool/Kindergarten and the children play outside under the damaged bulging brick. We have been raising funds since August of 2021. So far we have raised enough $44,069.02, to repair the area over the Play yard. We call this Phase One. The overall project bid is $488,217 NOT including tax. Basically the entire project will cost a Half Million Dollars today, depending on how long it actually takes to raise the money for the whole building. We would like to clean the building up to show the community how much we really care. Pioneer Masonry has just completed Phase one! Thank You Pioneer! We will continue raising funds until the whole building is safe and secure. Our number one priority is safety of the children as they play outdoors. And people walking by on the street or walkway to the office. Will you help? If you would like to donate to the "Masonry Appeal", please call Fremont Baptist Church office, 206-632-7994. Any amount is appreciated no matter the size. Our small congregation has been able to raise the amount so far, but may have given what they are able. If you know of any organization that would like to donate, please let us know. Thank you for considering helping the church out. God Bless You. COMMUNITY DINNER We host a Free Community Dinner each week on Wednesday at 5PM. "Take out" only, at this time. If you would like a warm meal, you are invited. It is located on the West side of the church. TWELVE STEP AND OTHER GROUPS Still meeting online via Zoom, until they are able to meet back in the building. The Church Council is working on when to readmit groups to the building. We are addressing several items for that to happen. There will be a mandatory meeting to hear and agree to all conditions before acceptance for returning. Call or email the church with any questions. It has been beyond our control. We are happy to start more normal activities. Thank you for your patience. PRESCHOOL SUNDAYS THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
